Looming Paradigms

and planeswalker you control.
When Looming Paradigms enters the battlefield,
exile target legendary creature or planeswalker
you control until Looming Paradigms leaves the
battlefield. You may cast legendary creature or
planeswalker spells with converted mana cost
equal to or less than the exiled card's without
paying their mana cost.
