Loquacious Lunacy

Until End of Turn each player may exile a card from their hand. If they do that player loses X life, puts the top X cards of their library into their graveyard, and draws X cards where X is the converted mana cost of the exiled card.
At the beginning of the next end step exile all cards in all graveyards.
