Lorabelios's Feather She is a multihued, color shifting feather that seems to change, reflecting
the demeanor of the bearer.
Once per day, the bearer can cast augury without material components. When casting the spell
in this way, the caster's mood is altered between
Hope and Despair based on the answer to their question. A hopeful creature gains the effect of
bless and a despairing creature gains the effect of
bane. These effects last until the creature finishes
a long rest.
