When Lord Chanticleer IV enters the battlefield you become the monarch.
Whenever Lord Chanticleer IV blocks a creature, return Lord Chanticleer IV to its
owner's hand. If you do, you may put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield blocking that creature.
