or a Vampire dies, put a soul counter on Garsef.
When Garsef dies, note the number of soul
counters on it.
{3}{b}: If Garsef is in your graveyard, return it to
the battlefield under your control transformed as
Lord Garsef, the Last Vampire with a number of
soul counters on it equal to the noted number. Activate only as a sorcery.
