Whenever you draw one or more cards, each
opponent mills that many cards.
Whenever Lord Kizar attacks a player, exile a
card from that player's graveyard. You may play
the exiled card for as long as it remains exiled,
and you may spend mana as though it were
mana of any color to cast that spell.
