Lord of Chaos

When you cast Lord of Chaos,
each player shuffles all permanents they own
into their libraries, then they reveal cards from
the top of their library equal to the number of
permanents shuffled in. Put all permanents
revealed this way into play under your control
and the rest on the bottom of their owners
library in a random order.
At the beginning of your upkeep lose a life
for each nonland permanent you control.
