Lord of Torment

When Lord of Torment enters the battlefield,
put a -1/-1 counter on creatures an opponent
controls.
Whenever an attacking creature dies, each
opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life. At
the beginning of each end step, if you gained
5 or more life this turn, you may return Lord
of Torment to it's owner's hand.
