Lord Pinwheel

When Lord Pinwheel is on the battlefield, players cannot draw cards except during their beginning
draw step each turn and players cannot search for
a card.
Whenever a player sacrifices a permanent, each
player puts their hand on the bottom of their
library and puts that many cards from the top of
their library into their hand.
