Lord Under the Moon

At the beginning of each end step, Lord Under the Moon fights another target non-Werewolf creature. If that creature dies in this way, put a +1/+1 counter on Lord Under the Moon and it deals 1 damage to each player.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if a player cast two or more spells last turn, transform Lord Under the Moon.
