player puts a waste counter on target land they
control of their choice.
Creatures you control have Wastewalk (This
creature can't be blocked as long as defending
player controls a Waste.)
{4}{c}: Creatures you control get +X/+X until
end of turn, where X is the number of
Wastes you control.
