Lore of the Mountains

Search your library for a Mountain card and put
it onto the battlefield tapped with a lore counter
on it. For as long as that land has a lore counter
on it, spend mana produced by it only on historic
spells or abilities of Tales. (Artifacts, legendaries,
Sagas and Tales are historic.)
