Whenever you lose one or more life, put a charge counter on Lost in Regret.
On your upkeep, remove a time counter from
Lost in Regret, then if there are no time counters
on it, it deals 1 damage to each oppoent for each
charge counter on Lost in Regret then
destory Lost in Regret.
