•Thwart- If the cost isn't payed then you
gain life equal to the Thwart cost. If it is payed, then you repeat it's Thwart effect.
•On each player's end step they lose 1 life, unless they pay {1} or sacrifice a permanent.
•Opponents spells have Thwart {x} equal to
its mana cost, if its payed they draw a card.
