At the beginning of your upkeep:
• Every creature with a Hexproof counter on it
removes all its counters and its owner draws a
card.
• Every creature with a Flying counter gets a
Hexproof counter.
• Every creature with a Vigilance counter gets
a Flying counter.
{bull} Every creature without counters gets a
Vigilance counter.
