Foretell {p/b}, Split Second & Limbo
Counter target spell with a mana cost of 5 or less. If that spell is countered, exile it with a number of time counters on it equal to its mana cost. At the beginning of their upkeep, remove a time counter. When all are removed they may choose to either cast it without paying or return it to their hand.
