Whenever you cast a spell for it's madness cost,
you gain an experience counter.
Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, put +1/+1
counters on it equal to the number of experience counters you have.
Each creature card you own that isn't on the battlefield has madness. The madness cost is
equal to its mana cost.
