Louie, Shadow-Touched

Whenever you cast a sorcery spell, place a shadow
counter on Louie, Shadow Touched.

When you cast an instant spell, you may do one of
the following:
• Remove one shadow counter and draw a card.
• Remove two shadow counters and deal one damage
to yourself and to each opponent.
• Remove three shadow counters and create
a copy of the instant spell cast.
