Loyal Recruiting

Loyal (When this enters the battlefield choose an opponent, that opponent may become Loyal to you. If they do, you and that player are considered Loyal to each other until either you or that player deals damage to each other or a permanent controlled by either player)
At the beginning of your upkeep put a 1/1 white Soldier token with vigilance onto the battlefield for each Loyal opponent. Each of those players puts a 1/1 white Soldier token with vigilance onto the battlefield.
