Whenever a source an opponent controls deals damage to you, that player gains one mercenary counter.
All creatures gain, "whenever this creature attacks players with one or more mercenary counters it gains first strike and +1/+1 for each mercenary counter on that player."
Players must pay {2} for each creature attacking you or Planeswalkers you control.
