Lucius, Masked Malefactor

When Lucius, Masked Malefactor enters the battlefield, you may destroy target creature.
If you do, Lucius enters the battlefield as a
copy of that creature, except it's name is still Lucius, Masked Malefactor and it has "At
the beginning of your upkeep, target player draws a card, then lose 1 life for each card in their hand."
