Luck of the Dice

Luck of the Dice deals X damage to any target.
At the beginning of the next end step roll a
dice, if it lands on an even number, take an
extra turn after this one, if it lands on odd,
you lose X life, discard X cards, mill X cards,
Sacrifice X pernaments, receive X poison
counters, then target opponent chooses
X pernaments you control and gains control of
them.
