Luddite Uprising

Whenever an artifact card is put into a graveyard from anywhere for the first time each turn, reveal the top X cards of your library,
where X is the converted mana const of the artifact card. You may put a non-artifact card from among them with coverted mana cost X or less onto the battlefield. Then put the rest of the cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.
