At the beginning of your upkeep, return a
card at random from your graveyard to your hand.
If you would draw a card, instead put the
top two cards of your library into your hand, then discard a card at random.
Each nonland card you own that isn't on the battlefield has madness. The madness cost is equal to its mana cost.
