Ice Craft — Whenever Luinor attacks, create a colorless Equipment artifact token named Frostbolt with "Whenever equipped creature attacks, you may sacrifice this artifact, if you do, each player mills X cards, where X is the number of charge counters on permanents you control" and equip {1}.
