Lukas, Egocentric Moderator

When Lukas, Egocentric Moderator enters
the battlefield exile target creature, then you
may return it to the battlefield under its
owner's control. If you do not, that creature
remains in exile until Lukas, Egocentric
Moderator leaves the battlefield.
