This simple staff channels the aether into a devastating beam.
Once per battle, pick a point on the battlefield within 9" of the bearer that is visible to them and draw an imaginary straight line 1mm wide between that point
and the closest part of the bearer. Each unit other than the bearer that has models passed across by this line suffers D3 mortal wounds.
