Luminite Rapier

When equipped and unsheathed this weapon can
be used as a spell-casting focus. If you use the
weapon in this way it illuminates for 1 minute
after the spell is cast, canceled, or your
concentration broken creating bright light in a
5-foot radius and dim light for an additional
15 feet.
Additionally when using this weapon as your
spell-casting focus you gain the Feat - War Caster.
