Whenever a permanent or player has a counter that Luna, the Harvest Moon does not, put a counter of that type on her.
Remove a counter from Luna, {b}{r}, {t}: Deal 1 damage to any target. Then, if Luna has a unique counter, search your library for a card, and put it second from the top of your library.
