When Luna's Howl enter the battlefield, up to one creature you control gets +1/+1 or up to one planeswalker you control gets a loyalty counter and whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter or planeswalker with a loyalty counter deals combat damage to another creature you don't control, double the number of counters on that creature or planeswalker.
