Luna's Scrollodex
Whenever you would shuffle your library, instead choose an opponent
at random. That player cuts your library, then reveals the bottom
card of the top half to each other player. Then, put the top half
beneath the bottom half. (As long as your library is cut into
two parts, proportions don't matter.)
