Lust in Pain

Whenever a non-artifact creature is dealt damage but does not die, you may draw a card and lose 1 life. If you do, Each opponent discards their hand. You may cast one spell discarded this way for each opponent without paying it's mana cost. If a non-artifact creature was discarded this way an was not played, then each player loses 3 life and you create a blood token.
