Lynlith, Voice of the Deep

Whenever an opponent shuffles their library put
a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
It then deals damage to the player shuffling equal
to its power.
{u}{r}{g},{t}: Each player may search their library
for a basic land and put it on the battlefield
tapped. If a player does, they shuffle their library.
