The previous mayor of Boneforge, the party found
him bound and gagged in his quarters after defeating the Winderemere. He explains that he had been bewitched by Jineen Windermere for the past several years, allowing them to sneakily take control of many mining towns in the Land of Earth.

After the dust settled, he stepped down as mayor to atone for his weakness.
