Macabre Ultimatum

Each player sacrifices all creatures they control,
the return up to one creature card from each opponents graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. Those creatures gain haste until
end of turn. At the beginning of your end step, draw a card for each creature you sacrificed
this turn.
