Machina, the Liquidator

When Machina, the Liquidator enters and at the beginning of your upkeep, put a bounty counter on target creature an opponent controls.

Whenever a creature with a bounty counter
on it dies, each of its controller's opponents draws a card and you create a Treasure token.
