counter on each artifact creature you control.
{t}, Sacrifice 10 artifact creatures with power 4 or
greater: Choose a Bolas planeswalker you own,
find it, then put it onto the battlefield under
your control.
Though imprisoned, Bolas still could work with what
was left of the Consuls.
