When Machine of Perpetual enters the battlefield, put 3 time counters on all cards in exile. They gain suspend.
If a permanent would be destroyed, exile it with 3 time counters instead. It gains suspend.
If Machine of Perpetual would be destroyed or exiled, exile it with 3 time counters on it instead. It gains suspend.
