Mad Accuser

Cast Mad Accuser only when there is at least 1 creature on the battlefield.
When Mad Accuser enters the battlefield, flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy target creature. If you loose the flip, target creature deals 3 damage to Mad Accuser.
