As an additional cost to cast Mad King of
Omashu put three -1/-0 counters on target
creature you control. During your upkeep
you may tap that creature, if you do remove
a -1/-0 counter from it. If there are no more
counters on it put a +1/+1 counter on it
and transform Mad King of Omashu.
