Mad Waltz

During each player's combat phase: instead of declaring attackers, they may put a creature card
from their hand onto the battlefield tapped and attacking a creature of their choice. After each
player's combat phase, creatures summoned by
the effect of 'Mad Waltz' are destroyed, except
'Ebon' creatures.
