Madgod's Order

When Madgod's Order enters the battlefield, for each nonland permanent, choose a player at random. Then each player gains control of each permanent for which he or she was chosen. Untap those permanents.
Whenever a non-land permanent enters the battlefield, a player chosen at random gains control of it.
