Maelstrom Eidolon

All creatures have haste.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player returns a permanent they own to their hand, then reveals a card from their hand at random. If the revealed card is a land, that player puts it onto the battlefield untapped, otherwise they cast the revealed card if able.
