+2: Look at the top 5 cards of your library, you may reveal a dragon card from among them and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.
-X: Create X 2/2 red and blue dragon creature tokens with "When this creature enters or leaves the battlefield it deals 2 damage to any target."
