When Maetan of House Lubar enters the battlefield, for each player, look at the top three
cards of their library and put them back in any
order. Then for each player, draw a card unless
they put the top card of their library into their graveyard.
Whenever one or more creatures an opponent controls becomes tapped, you may create a 1/1
blue Snake Illusion creature token.
