Mage of Equity

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player may draw a card, gain 3 life, or put a land
into play. If they do, you may pay {1} to draw a
card, gain 3 life, or put a land into play.
{1}, tap or untap Mage of Equity: Target player
has an additional upkeep as long as Mage of
Equity is tapped. Activate this ability only once
per turn. You may choose not to untap Mage
of Equity during your untap step.
