Whenever another non-token creature dies, if it's
the first non-token creature to die this turn,
create a 1/1 black Insect creature token. Then
put a +1/+1 counter on each insect you control.
Whenever a token creature dies, if it's the first
token creature to die this turn, you gain 2 life.
The flock feeds on the dead, and in turn, the shepherd
feeds on the flock.
