Enchant permanent
When Magic Arena Bug enters the battlefield,
search the MTGA Patch Notes for a card that
shares a type with the enchanted permanent
and note it. Any bugs mentioned in the
note apply to enchanted permanent. (Ask
someone outside the game for help figuring
this out if needed)
