Magic Circle

Whenever you cast a historic spell, look at the top
card in your library. If it's a permanent card, you
may put it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, put it
into your hand.
Whenever you play a land, search your library for
any nonland card and put that card on the top of
your library.
Even the most basic spells can have their uses.
