Magic Circle

Play Magic Circle any time you could play an
instant. It cannot target a creature that shares a
color identity with a creature you control. If at
any time you control a creature that shares the
targets color identity or you control no creatures
with power 1 or less, destroy Magic Circle.
Target creature cannot attack or block and its
non-mana activated and triggered abilities cannot
be played.
